The fine print

Privacy policy.

Every app needs one, so here's all the legal mumbo jumbo in one place. The short version: Paper Golf keeps your progress on your phone, and Clemonade Games doesn't collect your personal info. The long version is below.

Paper Golf · Android Effective Oct 14, 2026 Updated Oct 14, 2026

Clemonade Games ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Paper Golf mobile application ("the App", package: com.papergolf.game) on Android devices.

By downloading, installing, or playing Paper Golf, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

01Information we collect and how it is handled

A.Personal information we do NOT collect

Clemonade Games does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) through Paper Golf. We do not ask for or access:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or physical address
  • Your contacts, address book, or calendar
  • Your precise GPS location
  • Your device camera, microphone, or photo library

B.Local game data (on-device only)

Paper Golf stores your gameplay progress purely locally on your device. This includes:

  • Current hole number and stroke counts
  • Best scores, stats (e.g., pumpkins popped, holes-in-one)
  • Customizer ball styles, trail effects, and game settings (sound/music volume, season hold)
Stays on your phoneThis data is stored on your device's local application storage and is never uploaded, synced, or transmitted to any Clemonade Games server.

02Third-party services and data sharing

To provide in-game features, advertising, and optional purchases, Paper Golf integrates trusted third-party SDKs provided by Google LLC. These third parties may collect and process information as described below:

A.Google AdMob (Google LLC)

Paper Golf displays in-game banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob. To serve relevant ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraudulent activity, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect:

  • Device and Online Identifiers: Such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID) and vendor identifiers.
  • Coarse Location Data: General geographic location inferred from IP address (e.g., city, state, or country level) to show localized advertisements.
  • Usage and Diagnostics Data: Ad interaction data (views, clicks), app performance metrics, and crash diagnostic logs.

For more information on how Google processes and protects data:

B.Google Play In-App Billing (Google LLC)

Paper Golf offers an optional, one-time in-app purchase ("Lifetime License / Remove Ads") to permanently disable advertisements.

  • All purchases are processed directly and securely by Google Play.
  • Clemonade Games never receives, views, or stores your financial or payment details (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses).
  • Purchases are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service: play.google.com/about/play-terms

03Children's privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)

Paper Golf is designed as a relaxing, family-friendly game suitable for players of all ages.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to a third-party service provider without your consent, please contact us immediately at ClemonadeGames@Gmail.com, and we will promptly take steps to address the request.

04Your choices and managing your data

A.Opting out of personalized advertising

You can manage or opt out of personalized advertisements at any time through your Android device settings:

  1. Open your device Settings.
  2. Go to Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads on newer Android versions).
  3. Select Reset advertising ID or tap Delete advertising ID to stop personalized ad targeting.

B.Playing ad-free

You can eliminate third-party ads and their associated data collection entirely by purchasing the optional in-game "Lifetime License" or "Remove Ads" option.

C.Deleting game data

Because game progress is stored only on your local device, you can delete all saved gameplay data at any time by:

  • Going to Settings > Apps > Paper Golf > Storage > Clear Data, or
  • Uninstalling the application from your device.

05Data security

We prioritize the security of your device and data. Because Clemonade Games does not operate remote databases or store user data on external servers, your gameplay data remains safe on your local hardware. Third-party integrations (Google AdMob and Google Play Billing) employ industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and strict security protocols.

06International privacy rights (GDPR & CCPA / CPRA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data:

  • European Economic Area (EEA) & UK (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data processed by third-party providers, or object to specific processing.
  • California Residents (CCPA / CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Clemonade Games does not sell user personal information.

To exercise any of these rights regarding data processed by Google's services, you may use the Google Privacy Controls or contact us for assistance.

07Changes to this privacy policy
